PC mods converted to PS3?

I'm very concerned about this since I have the PS3 version of UT3. Is there anyway to take skins, or mutators, or .ini files and have them converted into a .JAM file.

Any possible programs?

I would like to have some of the PC mods in the PS3.

Most of the PC mods are already available for PS3 and the ones that aren't have either already been requested and the mod creator just doesn't want/know how to cook it or they can't be cooked. Just take a look around the Mods section of the board.
