MAJOR lag problems!

Sounds like your network connection. Do you have the latest driver for your network card? What type connection do you have?

On every server I have extreme lag problems, not the tiny glitching here and there I mean like whole movements, like ill be walking and it with glitch me to a far off place in front of me.

Its not my computer, I can run it maxed with 50+ fps on single player.

Whats going on?
