MAJOR lag problems!

On every server I have extreme lag problems, not the tiny glitching here and there I mean like whole movements, like ill be walking and it with glitch me to a far off place in front of me.

Its not my computer, I can run it maxed with 50+ fps on single player.

Whats going on?

My Specs(dont thnik it matters)

Q6600
2 GB DDR2 Ram
Ati 2900XT 512mb

Sounds like your network connection. Do you have the latest driver for your network card? What type connection do you have?

NetGear and Belkin 5.4mps wireless reciever.

Yeah I have latest drivers.
