Problems!!!! help quickly

Alright here it goes i recent bought UT3 installed no problems then i got to play it t5he begining shows up. Not the game its self but the screen with the guy holding the minigun. Then it goes to a black screen blinks a couple times then it goes to a smaller black screen then a error pops up the best that i can do for system specs are the following.
Desktop Computer

Processor-AMD athlon(tm) XP 2800+3D now- 2.1GHz
Memory- 1024 MB RAM
Video Card- ATI Radeon 9550/X1050 Series
Page File-485MB,1975 MB availble\

Don't know what else to put for the specs but please answer ASAP i would really like to play this game already

Processor- Intel(R)Core(TM) Duo CPU T2450 @ 2.00GHz9 (2 CPU)s, Aprox 2.0 GHz
Memory- 1014MB RAM

that didn't make any difference *sigh* you know....it hasnt even gotten to the point where i can start up the game and put the damned secuirty code in pardon my language

The minimum video card requirement is Radeon 9600. Sorry.

and if the cpu is not dual core u dont have min cpu(its 2.4)

Your desktop CPU will bite at running UT3, and your GPU doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Your laptop CPU might run it, but your laptop might have integrated graphics, which also do not meet the minimum requirements. It's time for an upgrade/new computer.
