PS3 Mod Tools install error

Extracting Parch/UTGame/CookedPC/Sounds

I get to the that part (I think the rest installs right) and after that I get this error

This application failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Any help will be much appreciated

Edit:If this is the wrong section please move (Don't think it is but this is my 1st post)
