ps3 problems

anyone having problems using the ps3 version of this game?

1. my friends all disappeared from my friends list on the game
2. it seems like i cant find that many games compared to a few days ago
3. it takes FORever to load when booting the game up im sure due to mods but i had many mods before and it never did this till i reinstalled the game due to problmes.
4. i seem to recognized as offline at times when im conneccted to a network

When is a patch supposed to come out on the ps3?

Yeah they are many bugs that need to be patched I think/hope that Epic is working on it.

100% agree. for such a great game this many problems are overwhelming. plus it looks like epic is currently testing the patch coming for PC not PS3. still got to wait a little longer.

any update on the patch for the ps3 version? i love this game but its getting out of hand. im tired of the lack of servers at times and the lag is killing this game for me. been a fan of unreal since the beginning

yep it is really annoying hopefully the will sort it before the official European release on the 22nd of Feb.
Im from UK and got ut3 about a month ago on import, does anyone else think its it strange that there is such a massive gap on the release dates? they said the where still working on it when the november but was out not long after in the states.
I d all the die hard fans therstill play original UT all the time ane are European at least 90%, so how come we got conned massively with this.

Yes a patch is certainly needed I keep getting booted off after ten minutes and I cant seem to go back online to play with my friends unless I restart the game and then it does it again. I called midway and they say just create a new psn id but I dont want to do that and that is hardly a fix.
