[PS3] Unable to Download "Core"... huh?

When I try to join a Team Deathmatch, for some strange reason it gives me that prompt. It tells me I cannot join, unable to download "Core" package.

I have no clue what that is, since the map is one of the default UT3 maps, and there have been no mutators set on that server. Any idea what might be causing this problem, or am I just being messed with?

That's a new one to me. On user servers, I've gotten a message about "Package A_Ambient_Loops Version Mismatch" a couple times in rooms running maps that I had, but I've never seen that core message in official servers.
