You need to forward your ports in your router or go dmz.
But i would leave dmz as a last resort.

      Ports are.
      7777 , 6500 , 13000, 27900

btw even though i have forward my ports i still get the same error.
and i go about this.. how?

It's Latin text commonly used as a placeholder for, print, typesetting, software and Web development.

I don't think it should be here in the final version of the game. UT2k4 had nice game tips as the maps loaded, but this seems to have been overlooked when Epic did their final polish.

Make sure that the Windows Firewall allows full access to the Internet for the ut3.exe application. Some people have to catch the popup by hitting Alt-Tab in the game. Similarly, if you have Zone Alarm the same idea applies. If you have a router, you may need to unlock certain ports.
