cannot create online profile

Cannot create online profile , it say its not connected or cant connect. PLEASE HELp , i tried to add programme in the firewall but still not working... i checked my anti virus too

Try temporarily disabling or turning off your software firewall, if it connects then you do not have your firewall configured correctly. Or...

Start up the game, but do not login, click play offline. Go to the settings menu and configure the game to use the windowed mode, smaller than your screen size. Next back out in the menu until you have the login screen. Login and look for any warnings from a firewall to allow UT3 to access the net. Click allow how ever many times it asks.

I'm having the same problem. All my ports on my router are open, my firewall is off, as well as my antivirus software. Any idea on how to fix this? Also, my game is updated so please don't suggest that.

Just had a thought. What if somebody used a keygen, and generated my cd key? That would explain why I can't connect. Any thoughts?

When trying to set up an account, are you getting any sort of messages back indicating that there is some kind of error? If not, then something is stopping UT3 from accessing the net. Normally, that would be a software firewall, not your router.
