lower Ping ?

Hey guys
I was wondering if there is anything else i can do to lower my ping.I have the 10 mg service its hard lined through a router cause of other puters in the house i barely get under a hundred most of the time . I have run out of ideas lol I am a noob when it comes to working on puters anyway

Ping is depends on your ISP quality, your and server distance, your PC(in this order)
