UT Crashing at start up.

I'm getting that "UT.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" problem.

My specs are as followed:

Nivida e-GeForce 8600 GT graphics card

processor is an AMD 64bit dual core

the motherboard is an Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe Motherboard

with Windows XP Media Center SP2

Is that all the info you need?

Deleting the UTengine.ini might fix this?
