My computer glitches in gameplay and freezes

I installed UT3 the 24th and its been giving me a hard time since. In gameplay and custom character making it shows fuzzy/ glitchy things which makes it impossible to see and only once it did not do that also it freezes every time i play so i would like a answer.

it starts and just freezes an intro and i have too restart pc.help please
