Delay

Horrible delay for me on all guns, 50ms/1second delay from which I press my mouse button to when the gun actually fires. My ping is ok ~36ms, but this stuff is gay, especially when I try doing shock combos.

A bit of OS and hardware info would be helpful in troubleshooting as well as if this is happening in online or offline play.
