Can I run UT3

I'm on a Inspiron E1505 (refurbished) I have a

2 processors running - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00GHz
2 gigs of ram
ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 (ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 (0x7145))
and DirectX 9.0c

and I installed it but when I play theres like a T.v snow not but 2 feet from my guy and when I move it moves back and follows me D: any help?

ha! same issue, its not ur comp, mine has the specs fine and the tv snow thing is happening, can any1 help?

That's a video driver issue

That's a video driver issue, all you can do is try another driver. You should try these ATI video card forums for info.
