So, according to that... no. But, who knows. Can you play the demo? I'm sure if you lower the screen percentage enough, you can.

You can not run the game without upgrading your video card. The Radeon 9000 (core RV250) only supports DirectX 8.1, Pixel Shader 1.4 and Vertex Shader 1.1.

UT3 needs at a minimum full DX9 support and Shader Model 2.
