No Menu

Any ideas?

I am getting no menu when I boot UT. The montage of Deck in the background is there, but the UI itself isn't.

My specs are:

ASUS A8N Sli Deluxe Mobo
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (socket 939)
1 GB Corsair XMS RAM
nVidia 7800 GT
2 WD hard drives, both 7200 RPM, one 80 GB the other 200 GB

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
