getting in match then freezing

ok seems like you guys are freezing at load screen but im freezing after i get in the match and some times during the loading screen but mostly in match then sent to main menu im running vista fire wall is down on a XPS 720 black take coomand desktop iv reinstalled the worked but then i switch settings to max now have old problum for reinstalling one more time but if this dose not work anyone with this problum that fixed it let me know

If that doesn't work, please give some details on your system like the CPU, video/sound card, OS, and driver versions for the video/audio card.
