My Game Crashes

if i send my copy of UT3 straight back to Epic Games front doorstep? would they pay the postage for me? coz i feel i wasted my money .

1) the game caused errors 2 times after 2 fresh installs, 3rd time was ok.
2) game crashes when i press "login" after making an account.
3) UnrealEd crashes on start.
4) game + editor has more bugs than Christopher Biggins in a jungle.

Sounds like a firewall conflict. Try turning off any firewalls.

if it was a firewall problem, i wouldnt have been able to make the account in the 1st place...

I haven't had the game crash to the point of it exiting itself but I have had it that it just won't login period. The gray backgrounded screen will say loading but it will just sit there forever and not actually log in. I have to manually force the game closed by terminating the process via task manager and reload the game again in which point it will login almost immediately.
