Error Problem data3.cab

Been having problems with installing the Game first it was data1.cab (solved) then Data2.cab(solved) and now its data3.cab. Can any1 tell me what to do?

ive got the same problem with the data3.cab but no probs with data1 and -2

ive got the german collectors edition (special edition) and the installation stops at like "Ctf-Vang****" (something) and tells me that the installer has a problem with the "data3.cab" (if anyone wants a screenshot i can upload one).

I tried following:
1. I tried to copy it to HDD to install it from there - same error
2. I used "Bad CD Repair" which finds defect or missing sectors - nothing is wrong with the sectors of data3.cab and after I copied the cab with BCR to HDD the same error as 1. popped up
3. I used XP and Vista - both show the same error.
4. the DVD is new and there are no scratches on it or summat

conclusion: data3.cab is defect - not the DVD

so what can i do? i spend a lot of money for my special edition and I am was so looking forward to play it now that...

is there any chance to get a new DVD or any help????
