Jee a have exectly the same problems with a localized version of UT3 in my country/

BUT

Moreover I can't loggin, even create user account, when i tipe username and everything else I just get the message that username can't sart with a non letter simbol.

But in this word- Hellex....I can't see non letter symbols !!!
