ut3.exe error upon launch

it installs but as soon as i hit launch in any form it errors with ut3.exe has encountered an error. or vista says its not working. ati and nividia will not support my system could this be the problem? does the game only support those two types of drivers? anyone find a fix?

oh yea i have a crappy sis card in my acer but this is the first game i ever encountered a problem with.

oh yea tried downloading openal, direct x 10, updated instalshield, tried the ini tweak thing. nothing seemed to work. ati and nvidia says they dont support my system.
