    LAN connectivity + router

It seems many folks are having problems connecting to LAN games. I was having the same problem, but I was able to resolve this quite easily by forwarding UDP ports 7777-7778 (not IP ports) to the hosting PC. In the port forwarding section of your routers configuration (NAT), enter the internal IP number of the hosting PC (192.168.2.108 for example) in the private IP field. In addition, be sure to enable UpNP in the routers NAT settings.

these ports are opened in my router 8for Unreal Tournament 2004), but i see only ~10 servers with players on. Are there only these few DM servers or do I have a connectioon problem?

Forgot to mention that I applied the 181MP beta patch found here which apparently contains for a fix for servers/clients behind NAT firewalls.
