PS3 fix wanted.

As gamespy has gone, the LAN option in game is no longer available to use (you can see it but cannot change it as the PS3 thinks its not online). Is there a way to enable LAN access via a mod install?

I am hoping that once enabled it will be possible to play again via lan.

Impossible with mods. The only party which can provide a patch is Epic Games themselves.

You can't even play LAN games without an online connection? That's really strange.

The LAN option is not usable. If you sign into PSN (as we already know) the game will not do anything. You cannot go past the multiplayer tab in the main menu, the game just sits there. However, if you sign out of PSN then go into multiplayer you go through setting up a game as normal, to a point. The network setting is there but not accessible, the cursor just bumps over it onto the next setting. I assume this is because it still has to log stats in some way, and the game still needs a server to 'talk to' but as its not there it will not access the setting.

A UT3 PS3 master server and redirected connection from your UT3-PS3/PS3-System/router. Not sure if the data differs but Shambler is the only one who can (/is allowed to) create a master server.
