I fixed this issue. I think I had incorrect patches or something.

didn't copy the files I was supposed to

UT3WebAdmin-1.17_2009-09-13 needed to go to dedicated install dir...

webadmin issue

127.0.0.1:8001 trys to redirect to http://127.0.0.1:8001/ServerAdmin/

and that's when I get the issue

"Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete" webadmin

I got dedicated server running on one device using firefox, but when I host it on another, I get this error when I try to access it.

I ran ccleaner and reset my cookies.

IE fails to load the page.
