Dedicated LAN Server (no internet access)

Alrighty! I've just spent the last few days searching and reading hundreds of different tutorials, explanations, setup guides, etc, but I can't find a single person who is having the same issue as I am.

I've got a dedicated UT3 Duel server set up, which works beautifully while I have an internet connection. As soon as I remove that connection (by assigning myself a bogus manual IP address), the server errors, saying, "Destroying Online Game". I'm assuming it's doing this because it cannot access GameSpy to log in.

So far I haven't bothered editing any of the server ini's, because it should work fine from what I can tell just by setting up the batch file correctly (which I will include if requested).

So what I need to know is:

    - Have I missed something very small, yet vital, to my server config?
    - Is there a way around this? Can it just be hosted as an offline server or something similar?
    - If not, is there a crack or a patch of some description I should be looking for?
    - Have people encountered this issue before and just never posted about it on a forum?

    Cheers!

Here's my .bat file (obviously with the usernames and pw's removed).

    C:
    cd \Program Files (x86)\Unreal Tournament 3 (Dedicated)\Binaries
    ut3.exe Server DM-Deck?Game=UTGame.UTDuelGame?GameMode=0?Mutator=UTG ame.UTMutator_WeaponReplacement?MaxPlayers=18?Time Limit=10?GoalScore=0?MinNetPlayers=2?bIsLanMatch=T rue?bIsDedicated=True?ForceRespawn=1?bShouldAdvert ise=True?PureServer=1?bAllowJoinInProgress=true?Ad minName=Admin?AdminPassword=Admin?Port=7777?QueryP ort=6500 -Login=Test -Password=Test -Log=myserver.log -nohomedir -configsubdir=rlgtestserver -lanplay -unattended
I'm hoping I've missed something really simple, but it's starting to do my head in >.<

Here is how I setup an offline LAN game with UT3:
      1. Make sure your computers have static IP Addresses
      2. Dedicated server has to have a static IP also
      3. turn off firewalls
      4. run the .bat server file to launch the dedicated server (Mine is below)
      5. run Unreal Tournament 3
      6. press F10 to open the console
      7. type: open 10.0.0.1 (Your static IP address of the server)

it should automatically load your game and connect to the dedicated server.

      Code:
      C:
      cd \Program Files (x86)\Unreal Tournament 3\Binaries
      ut3.exe Server WAR-Avalanche?Game=UTGameContent.UTOnsloughtGame_Content?MaxPlayers=30?MinNetPlayers=0?NumPublicConnections=30?NumPrivateConnections=0?NumOpenPublicConnections=30?NumOpenPrivateConnections=30?bShouldAdvertise=True?bIsLanMatch=True?bUsesStats=True?bAllowJoinInProgress=True?bAllowInvites=True?bUsesPresence=True?bAllowJoinViaPresence=True?bUsesArbitration=False?bIsDedicated=True?bIsListPlay=False?OwningPlayerName=?GameMode=2?Difficulty=1?PureServer=1?LockedServer=0?Campaign=0?ForceRespawn=0?ServerDescription=?GoalScore=2?TimeLimit=30?ServerDescription=?NumPlay=20?game=UTGameContent.UTOnslaughtGame_Content?mutator=UTGame.UTMutator_NoOrbs?name=Player -lanplay=1 -log=DedicatedServer.log -multihome=10.0.0.1
