Dedicated Server Stopping

I can't figure this problem out, so I came to the place with experience. I am running the UT3 Dedicated Server on a Windows Server 2008 server. It is installed, running, admin by WebAdmin, all with no issues. Where my issue comes is whenever I log off the Windows Server 2008. I don't shut the server down, just log off. Every time I do that, my UT3 dedicated server stops running. Now I know there are things that run in the background of MS products, but I cant figure out what is making my UT3 server stop. Any ideas/thoughts from anyone.

It needs to run as a service....Try Firedaemon (google it)

You can also use Instsrv.exe and srvany.exe.
