Player names above character

I tried doing a search for this but I cant seem to find much on it.

Can you turn off the display of the player names above people's heads in game by making a change in an ini from True to false?

yes someone made a mutator for that it Remove ALL Player name tags its called
Win_Dex search with this it will be the second post called No Tags
