Costum Skins

Hi all,
is there any way to use Costum skins on Server and bring them to the Client that everyone can see it?

Skins are client side. Only the players who have that character installed will see it. Everyone else will see you as demo guy.

I have heard from the possibility to write a mutator that force the download of the upk file with the skin content. But I don't know exactly the syntax to do this.
It would be nice if someone can help us

Maybe UTComp will do the trick - like clan skins or bright colours etc. But on normal way only model is showed on client side, who installed it on his/her computer.

Is there working Bender model now? The first one was so ugly than UT2004 Bender, who rules and had nice comments from Futurama TV-series. ;-)
