Serverside demo record maxed at 60 tickrate?

My server runs at 80 tickrate, but when I do a serverside demo it reduces to 60 tickrate. I have tried raising tickrate up to 100 in ini files, but same results. It appears it is maxed at 60 tickrate. Is there a way around this to raise to 80 tickrate. We would like to record all matches in our ladder, but don't want to lower tickrate just to record matches.

Already tried that.

I have not tired it or confirmed it yet but I think that EPIC may have written into the demorec code itself to record at the same rate no matter what the server is playing and reporting on.
