i use ucc compress. works great for me. if you need the comand on how to make multiple files its eazy, i create a folder on my c drive like C:/redirect and put all the files i need compressed.. open up the comand prompt work your way to your UT3 folder where your binarys are and type this comand in
ucc compress C:/your folder location/*.* and it will compress every file in there.
(my example C:/redirect/*.*)
cut out the regular files and all you have is your UZ files and your ready to go. you can make a batch file as well with note pad. i can post how to do that if need be.

Been using this to compress files for hosting at gameservers.net and also to decompress map files that are already hosted there, works great! It's called UT3 Vice.
My tool rocks them all out.
For UT3 all compressors compressing one file at the time thus loading UT3 for each file to compress. IT takes so long i wanted to puke so i ended up making my own.
It compresses single and multiple files in one process thus making it the FASTEST ut3 compressor.
It is also simple and eazy to use.
It saves settings and it can even save selected files list. And its both for UT3 and UT2004.
The download links are not active, I would like to download the compressor, however it's not there anymore :/
I do have a question though, when using any method, how would I compress a .ut3 file IF the map comes with other files that belong in /Scrtips and /Pickups, Do I take all the files and compress it into one .uz3 file? -- I can use the UT3 method, but I need to be sure, I would be up for many many hours of compressing though :/
