Shortcut problem - running out of space :S

This is what i have as startup:
G:\UT3\Binaries\UT3.exe server WAR-Valley?Game=UTGameContent.UTOnslaughtGame_Content? NumPublicConnections=24?NumOpenPublicConnections=2 4?NumPlay=1?Botskill=3?maxplayers=24? -multihome=62.212.66.163 -port 7777 -login=zunnie@game-maps.net -password=**** -unattended

The targetbox is full :/ i can't enter any more letters to it, is there any other
way of doing this?

Depending on how much more you need to add, you can either

1) Create a batch (.bat) file and create a short cut to that instead.
2) Get rid of ?NumPublicConnections=24?NumOpenPublicConnections= 24 as they are not needed.
