While viewing the Console Window and error message occurs when a player enters the server:
Error: Can't start an online game that has not been created

From the looks of it somethings either missing in your server startup command line or the "utgame.ini".
Have you had the server running and working prior to this error or is this the first encounter?
If this is your first time then check out the command line options for starting your server here.
Most commands can also be modified in the "C:\Documents and Settings\(yourusername)\My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config\UTGame.ini".
I see no essential server settings in the record you posted,ie "?bShouldAdvertise=True?bIsDedicated=True?PureServ er=1" ,etc..
So i am guessing they are not set in the utgame.ini somehow.Comment
