1: If I hosted a dedicated server, would I need to stay in that match all the time?

2: When you click "host game" does this take up the same memory etc usage as a dedicated server?

3: Are non dedicated servers actually used? I've only seen the one player, who is the one hosting.

1: Nope, this is why its called a dedicated server, it runs all the time!

2: Host game takes up more resources because you are actually playing and hosting at the same time

3: Sometimes people use the host game feature. It does serve a purpose, and works well for some peeps. You can pick them out of the browse list a pretty quickly. PS3 users use them a lot -I hear-, I don't own a PS3.
