UT3 Vice compression/Decompression tool

I've designed a compression/Decompression tool for .UT3, .UPK, .U files

It does not seem to work with Vista x64. Which seems to be the case with all compression methods using the "ut3.com" file. All is good I have other methods.

At a guess it will be because of UAC being enabled on your system.

try right clicking on the exe, and runas administrator

and i see you specified the .com file there.... i know the .exe file can be used, does that way work for you? also why do people advise not to use ut3.exe for compression and to use .com instead?

I do not run the UAC. UT3.exe opens a cmd prompt and does not close when complete. It then causes an error trying to close. Thats what they mean with its not "clean" compared to the ut3.com. I am using the registry hack to compress the files.

I run vista X64 and it works for me, no issues.
