Advertisement. Mutator. Where can I find.

I am currently looking for the Advertisement mutator. So I can advertise in mid gameplay inside my server at all times as people play. I been looking for it for a while with no success. Can some who know where it is located post on here please. So I can download it and install in to my server.

I am wondering when the PC mod tools for the PS3 is coming out so the PS3-ers can make stuff for the PC folks to use.

but to be back on topic, there are a few but I have not seen any done for PS3 as of yet.
