Server status

Hi, I'm new in this stuff... so i need help.
Anybody know how to write script in javascript or php to give me an information server ut3 is online or offline. Only this one information for one IP.

It's better to query the server rather than (pinging) the status of the WebAdmin... The WebAdmin can be active even though the UT3 Server is having issues (see: http://forums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=605745)

I find this script few days ago and topis from above too, but this is not work for me...(i have open ports on router(DMZ), people can play but, server query don't reply)
