Yes, set an admin password with ?AdminPassword=<yourpw> and log in using adminlogin <yourpw>. Check out the Wiki for more info.

NakedApe's post and the wiki explain it perfectly, I can only imagine that you are hosting from in game rather than a commandline, would this be a correct assumption?.
