Plans to implement PC hosting PS3

Ive read the faq, but it just said its a tradition to host it on PS3s
So

are there any plans?

otherwise, ut3 ps3 is doomed to fail imo - we need decent servers hosting mods and that just wont happen without PC hosting.

Server hosters arent prepared to buy a PS3 and a copy of UT3 for each UT3 PS3 server they host, and as what makes ut3 so great is the mods, we need these servers - the games currently hosting mods are incredibly laggy, and people have just given up hosting mods and just stuck with the few midway servers there are

if someone has a PC that can run UT3, and a copy of UT3 for the PC, why the hell would they want to host a server for the PS3 version?

Just doesnt make sense to me.

I didnt mean just home hosting, i meant company hosting, as in, paying for servers for clans or fun custom maps etc to have a decent dedicated connection

I have a root server (with linux on it ) and i want to host UT3 for ps3

There has been nothing new posted on this anywhere. So there are no plans and probably will never be any plans to allow PC servers to host PS3 clients.

guess ill just make the switch to pc when the new mbps arrive
