mutators on map switch

when the server first starts up the mutators work great, but when i change map
the mutator no longer works. I've got the mutator added threw the command line on my server. i was playing on another server with he same mutator and it worked after map switch so idk whats wrong, any ideas?

Need further info. What mutators are you using (An example of the command line (without passwords) would be helpful). When you change the map are you using an admin command or web admin?
