Cannot edit gametype options in Webadmin

    Cannot edit gametype options in Webadmin

    In Webadmin @ Settings>Gametypes i have empty list of choice in Gametype selection.
    Fallowing error occurs when i try to hit edit:

    Server is linux based.

    Any help ?

    Are you using the latest version of webadmin (v0.4 – 2008-02-19)?

      That's because apparently the game server doesn't know about a single gametype. I have not yet tested it with linux, but it could very well be that the registration of gametypes/mutators/maps is broken on the linux dedicated server package. I will try it as soon as I can.

      How do you start the linux server? i.e. with -nohomedir or any other arguments that influence the location of config files.

        I was instructed by gameserver employe that webadmin dont support any kind of mutators is it really true ?

          Installed v. 0.5 and still nothing (pic above) empty selectbox in GameType Selection and in Gametype selection. No errors this time...

            that stuff is needed for the webadmin, otherwise it doesn't know about what gametypes and mutators are installed on the server.
            in UT2004 this stuff was stored in the so called ucl files.

              My server.ini dont have sections You posted i added it to end of ini.

              Nope that doesnt work either.
              I noticed one thing when im in Change Game section (and i have that empty selectbox) when i push again link Change Game from menu there is other button next to gametype selectbox called "update maps and mutators) when i hit it we have that(sorry for size but is late and im really like to help with that before i go sleep)


              this "query" appears only for 1-2 sec and gone.

                    Ok, just tested it using a linux server, and everything worked as I expect. So there should not be anything special about using a Linux server.

                    I just noticed in the last screenshot that there is "garbage" data after the button. Does this happen every time?
