Dedicated server for windows Runtime Error

Hello everybody, unfortunetely i am ecountering a problem when trying to load the dedicated server for windows.
I haven't found yet nothing relevant that can help me about this problem on the forum.
Does anyone have any ideea how it can be fixed?
The server is an Athlon 2000+, 1gb of ram and a 6600, which has no stability problems.

managed to solve the problem by using a bat with the apropiate commands, who has questions gief o pm or im.
