Open Says Me! Password Settings

Ok don't give me any grief about the search function to this forum when I can barely decipher with my bat ring the verification image.

My eyes are so dotted from searching through ini files that I can't see to even type this post.

How do you set a password on the game servers? What ini file? Can it be done from the console logged as admin? If so, what is the command?

In the UTGame.ini file:

[Engine.AccessControl]
GamePassword=####
AdminPassword=####

You can also put it on the command line: ?GamePassword=#### (and ?AdminPassword=####).
