How Can I Config Fast Download

I have dedicade server, but how can you config for downloading from http ... in place of server cause it takes ages ... thx.

Please refer to the following link I take it you are asking how to setup redirection the post below will tell you how to setup redirection.
I must tell there though there is a "invalid URL" bug with redirection that I am sure will be fixed in time what it does is when your server changes to a map not downloaded by a client on your server it will kick them to there main menu but if they reconnect to your server the redirection will work.
