Bug in duelmode?

Hi,

I am running now succesfully a 1v1 server, thanks to you guys.
But if you take the shield/armor and you want to take it the next time and your shield/armor is still 100% then you cant take it...

Now in DM mode you dont have this problem, so is this a bug or something?
Or is it a setting you can change in the ini's?

btw: i'm running customutv1a on the server

nvm for some kind it was intended to be this way
imo bad idea for competitive duels, but will be fixed soon i guess
