Currently I don't believe that you can do either without restarting.

          login as admin
          admin servertravel dm-sentinel?Mutator=Mutator1,Mutator2

for better results, create a .txt file with the commandline you like, place in MyDocs\Mygames\UT3\Binaries, and when you need to change just login as admin, and then type exec file.txt on the console.

He wants to know how do you turn mutators off ingame. Can it be done with the servertravel command?

for example, i have 3 mutators active, if i use servertravel dm-sentinel?Mutator=mutator1,mutator2, will the 3rd mutator be disabled?

Use the 'admin servertravel' command and include in your commandline ?Mutators=

            so for e.g.:

            Admin ServerTravel DM-Deck?Game=...?.....?Mutator=?GamePassword=...?....

It worked for me with unsetting the gamepassword maybe it works too for the mutators.

Sure, just change the map using the 'admin servertravel' command but dont specify any mutators. At least I have to assume that would work - i dont know if the mutators would remain "sticky" in that case or not.
