Beta1 Patch2---> http redirect question

Hi there!
i tested for the first time redirection with Beta 4 patch, i have a 920Kb file that i have put on my redirect server, but compressed (220Kb). When joining server, it downloads the 220Kb file (the compressed file,so it seems to be ok), but when it had finished it downloads the uncompressed file (so redirection server useless :/).
Just wondering:
-y it's downloading the uncompressed version :S?
-UT3 redirection is using .uz2 files right?
-why there is no "compress" command for ut3?

I had to use UT2004Mi program to compress the files to .uz2.

Hey Mysterial, Will the new beta4 patch fix the problem that ResidentEvil is facing? here's Res's statement:


"However Im getting invalid URL after you Vote. Takes you to main menu and say Invalid URL. Now if you log back on the server it redirect and loads the map correctly. happens everytime you vote for a map that ISNT cached. But if the maps cached and you dont need to DL it works fine??"
