Complete server command list

Does anyone have a (near)complete or comprehensive list of server line commands with explanation?

If not... then do you know what OwningPlayerId is and what does it do?

Yeah we know basically what most commandline arguments do, but we dont have a complete, official list. That UnrealAdmin.org list is the most comprehensive I've seen but we don't know what some of that does yet. We're still learning.

there is no official command list, and in any i have seen, most of the commands don't work anyway.
