I think that this is done through a mutator. Try adding this to your commandline:
    Code:
    ?Mutator=UTGame.UTMutator_WeaponsRespawn
Maybe someone else has done this and knows if this is correct or not.

another question if you dont mind. How do I turn friendly fire on (ie. = 100) and how do I turn the deemer off?

          thanks again

            Mutators again.

Friendly fire: UTGame.UTMutator_FriendlyFire (not sure on the percentage tough). As for the deemer, there is a weapon replacement mut (UTGame.UTMutator_WeaponReplacement). See if that helps.

There is also a NoRedeemer mutator. Search here on the forum for it.

hmm. am i right in just adding the following to the command line:

                  ?Mutator=UTGame.UTMutator_FriendlyFire?Mutator=UTG ame.UTMutator_WeaponReplacement

I've added it but it still shows the deemer.?

Check out http://www.gamershell.com/news/43760.html and download no redeemer mutator.
Unpack and add NoRedeemer.MutNoRedeemer to your mutator list (just separate multiple muts with ,)

Your format is not correct. When using multiple mutators simply separate them with a comma like so:
                      Code:
                      ?Mutator=UTGame.UTMutator_FriendlyFire,UTGame.UTMutator_WeaponReplacement

                      Comment

                      Working...
