New dedicated server for windows problem

I still got this:

Error: Can't start an online game that hasn't been created

Dedi ain't registering the match in the master server becouse of this.
I did a GameSpy account from the GS browser and entered info correctly. Tried also a launcher with "-login=xxx@xxx.xxx -password=xxx" in extra options but the same thing happened.

Hello, is there a solution for that error-message?
Ok, our box is on linux, but the message is the same.
It's also not listed on the serverbrowser and people playing there can't be found via the buddies-system.

Help please
