Can't Play UT3 "Beta Demo" on XP

I get the following error code while trying to launch the game.

"C:\Program Files\Unreal Tournament 3 Demo\Binaries\UT3Demo.exe: Modifed Executable code is not allowed. Please reinstall the game."

I've reinstalled and tried everything I know.

try downloading it again from a different source.
the first copy i got was corrupted and wouldnt even unzip.

Its not a bad install. I found the answer. Since I'm running the Beta XP SP3, I have to use the XP64/2k3 EXE found in the FAQ.
